1. APPLICATION FOR POSTAL VOTE CATEGORY 1A (DOMESTIC)
  2. The Category 1A (Domestic) postal vote application is for voters in the following categories who are unable to attend the Early Voting Day/Election Day:
    1. SPR Members/Officers;
    2. Election Officials;
    3. Police personnel who are unable to vote on Early Voting Day/Election Day;
    4. Members of the Armed Forces who are unable to vote on Early Voting Day/Election Day; and
    5. Media personnel covering the election.

    2. CATEGORY 1B (ABROAD) POSTAL VOTE APPLICATION

    The Category 1B (Abroad) postal vote application is for electors who reside abroad.

    3. CATEGORY 1C (AGENCY/ORGANISATION) POSTAL VOTE APPLICATION

  3. The Category 1C (Agency/Organisation) postal vote application is for voters in the following categories who are unable to attend the Polling Day due to being on duty:
      1. Members of the Royal Malaysian Police Reserve (PVR);
      2. Members of the Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department;
      3. Members of the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA);
      4. Members of the Malaysian Prison Department
      5. Members of the Department of Health;
      6. Members of the Malaysian Immigration Department (JIM);
      7. Members of the Malaysian Civil Defence Force (APM);
      8. Members of the Malaysian Disaster Management Agency (NADMA);
      9. Members of the National Registration Department – Urban Transformation Centre (UTC); or
      10. Sabah Electricity Sdn. Bhd. (SESB).

    Voters who are eligible to apply for a postal vote must register for a MySPR account and apply for a postal vote at https://myspr.spr.gov.my/login
