    2. The Category 1A<\/strong> (Domestic)<\/strong> postal vote application is for voters in the following categories who are unable to attend the Early Voting Day\/Election Day:\n

      1. SPR Members\/Officers;<\/li>\n
      2. Election Officials;<\/li>\n
      3. Police personnel who are unable to vote on Early Voting Day\/Election Day;<\/li>\n
      4. Members of the Armed Forces who are unable to vote on Early Voting Day\/Election Day; and<\/li>\n
      5. Media personnel covering the election.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        2. CATEGORY 1B (ABROAD) POSTAL VOTE APPLICATION<\/p>\n

        <\/b>The Category 1B (Abroad)<\/strong> postal vote application is for electors who reside abroad.<\/p>\n

        3<\/strong>. CATEGORY 1C (AGENCY\/ORGANISATION) POSTAL VOTE APPLICATION<\/b><\/li>\n

      6. <\/b>The Category 1C<\/strong> (Agency\/Organisation)<\/strong> postal vote application is for voters in the following categories who are unable to attend the Polling Day due to being on duty:\n

          2. Members of the Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department;<\/li>\n

          5. Members of the Department of Health;<\/li>\n
          6. Members of the Malaysian Immigration Department (JIM);<\/li>\n
