Supplementary Voter Register for the Month of April 2026 (DPT BLN4/2026)

- The Supplementary List of Voters for April 2026 (DPT BLN 4/2026) was approved on 20 May 2026 and gazetted on 21 May 2026. The Supplementary List of Voters for April 2026 will be open for inspection for 30 days, from 21 May 2026 to 19 June 2026.
- DPT BLN4/2026 contains the following:
- 39,111 citizens aged 18 years and above between 1 April 2026 and 30 April 2026 who were automatically registered as new voters;
- 15,880 registered voters who changed electoral division; and
- 1,369 voters changed their voter category/status.
- The DPT for April 2026 can be checked via the following methods:
- The SPR Portal at https://spr.gov.my or https://mysprsemak.spr.gov.my;
- The official portal of the State Election Offices at http://ppn.spr.gov.my;
- Online application at https://myspr.spr.gov.my;
- MySPR Semak mobile application; or
- The Voter Registration Check Hotline on 03-8892 7218.

- Additionally, any voter whose name is on the BLN4/2026 DPT and who finds there are inaccuracies in their information or a registration area error may also submit a CLAIM by completing Form C.
- During this review period, citizens who will be 18 years of age and above on 1 February 2026 to 28 February 2026, or registered voters who have applied for a change of polling division or a change of status/Voters who find their names are not on the BLN4/2026 DPT between 1 April 2026 and 30 April 2026 may lodge a CLAIM by completing
Form C. - Claims may be submitted online at https://myspr.spr.gov.my or in person at the relevant State Election Office during office hours on any working day.
No fee is charged for claims.

- During this review period, any registered voter in a constituency who conducts a review and intends to file an OBJECTION to the inclusion of a voter who has transferred to their constituency, must complete Form D.
- OBJECTIONS can be submitted online at the link https://myspr.spr.gov.my or by downloading Form D from the State Election Offices portal at the link http://ppn.spr.gov.my.
- A protestor is permitted to lodge a protest against no more than 20 names, with a fee of RM10 for each objected-to person (OKB).
- The objector must attend the relevant State Election Office during office hours on any working day to submit Form D (if using the downloaded form) and the objection fee, including for applications made online.
